Archery - this is usually the most expensive workshop and we endeavour to include it each year due to it's popularity.

Marine Biology / Beach Day - this is usually facilitated by a lovely local Home Educator but sadly the tide times are not in our favour this year. Not to worry, we'll still have a beach day, just without the rockpooling.

Foraging / Survival - we are hoping to have a local forager and survival guy resident this year with his wife and their children.

SOEHEC has always been, and will always be, a not for profit event. The aim is to keep costs as low as possible thus enabling more families to access the camp. As a result many of the activities are offered by families attending, or out of goodwill by local home educators. Other activities are arranged once numbers booked onto camp enable site costs to be covered.

If there are any activities you feel you could run for camp, please get in touch.

SOEHEC remains a small camp at the overwhelming request of families that have attended in the past. As such it is not always possible to offer free attendance in exchange for workshops/activities. Discounted tickets are offered on a case by case basis.
